I did not feel super safe in this location and my app would not correctly scan the barcode and let me access my key. I had to call the support number to get the code and upon opening up my compartment my key was not inside. The agent had to give me the code for the other lock box that had my key. Although it was not a smooth experience, the agent was very very helpful and my wait time was very short. She truly saved this experience.

No personnel there at time of dropoff
Philip ATrailer had tire with low air pressure noted immediately after pick up. Delayed trip by over two hours waiting on a repair that should have been avoided with a better inspection.
DAVID PSystem was slow during pick, so it took longer than usual to leave with truck. But other than that, no problems or issues, and truck was in great shape.
Athena TGreat experience on both ends of the trip. Very good staff.
