This drop-off location is about a 12-foot wide strip on the side of the road with trailers lined up where anyone could take one at any time. They are not secured. The road is too narrow to safely back trailers in without blocking Depot Rd. and I had to park off the road and maneuver the trailer into place by hand. There is no office. There are no personnel. The grass and weeds were knee-high in places and vines creeped along the trailers that had been parked for a while as well as covering the chain-linked fence that bordered the property the trailers were butted against. I made the drop-off "after hours", but I saw no indication that it would have been any different during operating hours, as there was no place or indication that there was a place to operate from.

Charles NThis place was a DUMP. There was a aggressive dog in the office which had to be removed before we could enter .He was outside barking and clawing at the door the whole time we were there. The one staff member (not the one waiting on us) was crude and nasty on the phone while we were there. I do not know how you could allow such a place to represent U-Haul. Don't you check out the locations before you allow them to be a dealer? If not you should. We have picked up vehicles in that area before at other locations like a mile down the road so its not like you wouldn't have coverage in that area. Our experience there was very unprofessional and even scary.

Steven HWhen we returned the trailer the personnel had no idea what to do with it! After she made several phone calls she gave us direction as to wear to drop it. The following day I receive a phone call wanting to know if she should put the last charge on my card. The trailer was deleivered 45 minutes early! I would suggest training your associates!!

STEPHANIE MWas met walking in the building by 2 Barking Dobermans with spike collars who paced around behind the counter the entire time. The office/house whatever was dirty and in state of needing repair and very unprofessional. The employee was not professional in appearance. Grass in the entire area was grown up and it appeared to be a very old motorhome at the back door and someone living in it.
