I was given a truck with an empty gas tank. “8 miles to empty”. I had to go directly to a gas station to fill it so we could start using it. The worker apologized and explained that it had just come back and was cleaned (which it was) but they hadn’t a chance to fill it. They knew I was coming and should have been ready. Despite this issue I found the person helpful and efficient. Once my trip started, I came to realize that the air conditioning in the truck did not work. How do you rent a truck with no gas and no A/C??? I had reached out to the corporate contact I had been dealing with, since we were kind enough to tow an empty trailer to our destination because that area needed trailers. Yes we received compensation ($100, a free day and 100 extra free miles) but the extra day wasn’t credited. Only came into play if we kept it another day. We didn’t need it for an extra day. Take a day off the price!! Back to A/C… We had not noticed the issue until my kids had loaded the truck and I was on the road to Huntsville. The option I was given was to change truck (at this point I was by myself starting my 9 hour drive or they would send roadside assistance and I could wait for them. Not an option. What was I going to do? Wait hours for roadside assistance for an issue that they couldn’t have fixed roadside? That suggestion was ridiculous. Instead I did the 9 hour trip without A/C. It was 90 degrees out. Very disappointed with your companies customer service. We paid a lot of money to rent from you. Next time we will give some other company a try.

Mark SLady staff member smoked in office and had dogs and a cat in the office, reminded me of offices 25 years ago. Male staff member was very friendly and helpful. Lady was cordial however I don't care for smoking in public places nor animals.
RONNIE RI dropped off the trailer, spoke to someone on the phone and I completed online check in and the only officially checked it in 4 days later after I texted the customer service number. Also it was very dark and hard to back thr trailer while blocking traffic as parking is on the road
