I found it cheaper to just rent an auto trailer and tow a car home myself than to get it towed. It was very easy to setup over the phone to use my own truck. The location itself was very tight as it was a gas station tucked into a corner and maneuverability was tight but there were open until 11pm so that was handy.Travis P.

They first told us we could not pick it up because the computer was down. then they said will have to wait until Monday and our pick up date was Friday. I had to call a supervisor to call them and handle this issue. in which he did. the car carrier was old and rusty for $320.00 for one way trip. But we made the trip home safely. Not happy with U-Haul. Way more expensive then Penske that's for sure. I rented a 28' truck and carrier from them in August and didn't pay but 300. FOR BOTH one way. I did get a 50 dollar credit for the problems we had.Scott M.

No one there could answer any return questions I had no phone service so I just dropped the keys in the drop Off box and call uhaul when I had phone service I think Dunn employees should be able to answer questions since uhaul brings them business as well other than that it was great GOOD JOB UHAUL THANK YOUbertina B.
