Allow Sherry to handle the entire transaction. Your service besides her was absolutely awful!! Had I not had Sherry I would probably still be waiting for a truck, I put in an order 3 weeks ahead of time for a truck from Fenix and you changed it immediately to Nanas Attic. The day before my pickup you told me you had no truck for me. How in heavens name can you not find me a truck when I give you three weeks? You then wanted me to drive to Centralia which is 2 hours one way, I said no. You then asked me to go to Quincy which is about 31/2 hrs one way, so I cancelled the order. When Sherry set me up you again tried to change my pickup to Brighton, an hour away instead of 5 mins.. So, would I use your management team to help me,NO NO NO. I will never again use your service if Sherry is not my agent, she should get a raise! She is very helpful to her customers. John DavisJOHN D.

Not a smooth experience whatsoever. From problems dealing with trying to pick the truck up to returning it. False or forgotten information. Still wondering why I was charged exactly $15 more than what I expected after returning the vehicle. Not impressed.KEVIN B.

This was the easiest rental. The attendant (didn't catch his name) was incredibly friendly and quick. They had multiple trailers available and I was easily able to pull right up and get connected and pull out. I would totally use them again.Heather J.
Make no contact check in easier. Waiting for u-haul to get a hold of contacts takes forever. Took us an hour, from the time we got there til we could leave, to get the u-haul.Kaylee C.
Staff was very helpful as I could not locate the truck. He immediately dropped what he was doing - found it and pulled it around. Along with loading my moving pads and dolly. Would highly recommend this location.Bradley L.

There was a small ding on the front bumper that was not marked with an X. I tried to take a photo of it using the app (during my check in process) and the app would not let me take a picture. However when i called the location to ask about reservations, the man I spoke to told me about reserving via the app and it was an very easy process.Kimberly H.

Truck had food wrappers all over cab couldn't get the for 2 and 1/2hoyrs after my booked time I had to call around to find moving pads myself they didn't have had a car dolly attached didn't need it had to wait for them to un hook . Had to pay people to help with heavy furniture because we where running 2 and half hours behind schedule will never rent from this place again terrible experience ruined my whole weekendJOHN B.

Drop off location was closed when we dropped off trailer. I contacted Uhual via text message and phone call of drop off time and location. I still received text message 2 days later to return the rental. Had to make another call to Uhaul to get it straightened out. Also they billed me $15 cleaning fee. The trailer was cleaned/swept out before returning it. Why the cleaning fee? We drove on clean, paved roads only. No rain, mud or dirt.jon G.
