Requested a box truck. Was told wouldn't be able to get at the last minute. Had to take a cargo van due to time constraints. Have now been billed three times on my credit card and had to make two trips because the reservation I mad couldn't be guaranteed. This caused me to pay more in milage. Now I am worried about my information being compromised! I haul wasn't even aware U had been charged two extra times!!!! I have a complaint in but now over my limited credit line and dealing with my credit card company too! This was a terrible experience!Jayne V.

I would recommend with reservations. It is a small venue with a couple vans on site. My rental went fine, though, I was unable to complete the 24/7 pick up and drop off on my phone. I pre-registered, downloaded my license, and payment info. I arrived early so that may have affected the â€œvirtualâ€ transaction. I had to go into the store to complete the pick up. There were empty water bottles behind back seat. In the end though, van was there, on time, and no hiccups. Low tire pressure warning on when I picked up and remained on throughout rental.Ken F.

Truck was not clean and the fuel tank was not full. The low tire pressure indicator was lit the entire time using the truck. Was told not necessary to fill tank and when I got the bill, was charged for gas used and a $30 charge for filling the tank. Would not go back to this location.Steve W.

The truck I booked was not available at the location, I called UHaul and changed my reservation to a cargo van that they had available. The people at the store front did not know how to process the reservation and provide me with the keys. They were calling someone else over Video call and the person had to guide them to process the reservation. The process took more than 45 mins and was very exhausting. All this while the least they could do was to be polite while we waited patiently but they were incredibly rude and asked me to cancel my reservation instead of helping me with the van I booked.Vinay Kalyan P.

I would never rent from this location again if possible. Store was not open as advertised, operator gave no receipts and could not answer questions or concerns about billing. I was just glad the van was as promised although he couldn't figure out how to apply my vip credit.Tressa D.
I called and had rented a truck at the Loveland location. When I arrived there was a sign on the door that said closed Friday and Saturday. I called back and was told by the girl on the phone"oh yes, I see that here. Then I was directed to the El Michano location. The sign on the door said open 9 AM. I t was 9:20 am and no one there. I finally went next door to a restaurant and they called the guy at El Michano. He said he would be there at 10. Showed up at 10:20. Then couldn't get the computer to work. Totally shotty service and will most likely never use again.Kevin R.

Frustrating!! Bill question. 40.00 more than thought from original bill. Today trying to call customer service hold 20 min then she was unable to help me then forward to someone else , too long on hold again had to hang up.Adonis V.
Pickup was to be at 9:00a.m. Store was locked up and only after calling UHaul 800 number did they show up at 10:00. Burned an hour in the parking lot. Returned van, their printer didn't work. No receipt. Said they would email and they didn't. Checked my credit card the next day and they billed me more than $100 over what it should have been. Good thing I took pictures of rental screen when I picked it up, dashboard showing mileage and fuel level both at pick up and drop off, and gas receipt. Called 800 number when I saw the charges and they are crediting the difference. Only redeeming factor with this whole mess was nice person on 800 line.Michael M.
