I reserved two dollies and they only had one. when I called customer service to have them refund me for the dolly we didn't receive they said the location would have to do it because my order was on hold. The location had no idea how to fix the problem. They also were extremely unhelpful when I was trying to pick up the truck as well. I will not be using U-Haul again.

Small place to maneuver Uhaul trucks.
MIGUEL CVery hard to communicate they had to call someone on cell phone to help with drop off I didn’t feel comfortable leaving truck and they didn’t check in the return for two days I returned the truck the same day 4 hrs later not a good experience at all
