Mobile pick-up and drop off should be the only option on the app. The employees at the store have no knowledge on how U-Haul works and need to contact an off-site manager. The off-site manager's advice was to complete mobile pick-up in the app.

melissa pLocated at a Sunoco gas station, which was perfect for refueling at the end of the trip, the staff in the store was friendly and patient. All of the U-Haul directions on the vehicle using the lock box for the key all very easy to follow. Moving is never easy but this definitely made it easier.
