Location was important as it was closer than driving to a uhaul center. Very easy to rent and dropoff.

Mobile pick-up and drop off should be the only option on the app. The employees at the store have no knowledge on how U-Haul works and need to contact an off-site manager. The off-site manager's advice was to complete mobile pick-up in the app.
