Lady at check in seemed lazy or bothered to want to give decent customer service. As a first time customer it made this experience feel crappy, maybe it was the location/person. Drop off was a breeze. A gentleman just had me drop the keys off at the desk and that was it.

Even though I called and gave all my info & credit card info, when I got there it still took 20 mins for the person to do my paperwork. I don't know if they were texting while they were signing me up., but they kept going from their phone to the computer back n forth. Seemed liked it took for ever

I was unable to check in through the app or website to pick up vehicle. I had to wait until the Smog shop opened in order to check out the vehicle. This defeats the purpose of the self-check-in option.

Always friendly and takes great care of me. Most times it’s just moving bigger items a short distance and they are right there with the van or small truck that I need. Also got my Jeep smogged there so it’s dual purpose all around.

No complaints, I had gone to pick a truck up from a different dealer and the battery was dead. I was able to transfer my reservation to this location which had the truck I needed and I was in and out ,and on my way in 5min. Staff was friendly, and the truck return was painless. Will use them again if I ever need a U-Haul.

Glad thy had a 15’ truck after being cancelled from my previous pickup location. Very direct and to the point. Would highly recommend. However the cancellation of my reservation wasn’t cool from the previous U-haul booking, which resulted me in driving to this location.

Going to complain because this is the second rental I get and my reservation always ends up getting switched from a different location. Last year at this location, the employee that helped me was rude. This time the employee was a young man and was very friendly and helpful.

Dispute Statement – Fuel Overcharge The truck was provided to me with the fuel gauge showing close to the ¼-tank mark. However, while I was still in the office, Gilbert stated that the truck had just under ½ a tank of gas when he handed me the keys. When I entered the truck, I immediately noticed that the fuel level was actually near the ¼-tank mark, not ½ a tank. I took a photo of the fuel gauge at pickup and departed because I was in a hurry. I returned the truck the same day, close to midnight. Anticipating a potential issue regarding fuel, I took another photo of the fuel gauge at drop-off. The following day, I was charged $35.78 for 5 gallons of fuel. I contacted the store and spoke with Gilbert, who requested that I text him the photos documenting the fuel level at pickup and return. After reviewing the photos, he called me back and advised me not to worry, stating that the fuel charge was an overcharge and that he would issue a refund immediately. Regardless of any internal delay or issue on their end, I was explicitly informed that this charge would be refunded. I am therefore requesting that they honor their acknowledgment and process the promised refund. As of today, the following day, the $35.78 overcharge has not been credited.

I will never rent from this uhaul again, their custoer service was horrible, it was like pulling teeth. They had the nerve to charge me a cleaning fee, it was dusty yes when i returned it and i asked if i could get a broom to clean and he said he would still have to charge me.... WTH

Gilbert is a team member there and is always very welcoming and helpful. I have rented trucks from different location and the conditions of the vehicles are nothing like eagle smog. Clean and excellent service! Thank you Gilbert and Eagle Smog ! Great job highly recommend!!

Don't know why you're requiring employment, contact, and other such information. Perhaps you could give a more detailed explanation instead of just saying "that's just the way it is." Viewing all customers through a lens of distrust is bothersome...especially without sufficient explanation.

Better selection, someone who actually understands how to make a reservation, and what customer service is. If the man would have just made the reservation to begin with instead of insisting I do it online, it wouldn’t have wasted almost three hours of my time.

The workers where honestly really rude and didn’t want to give me the trailer at first because i was “too young” according to them ( i am 20 years old and have rented trailers from u-haul before) i rented the trailer for 2 days as they clearly said i can’t drop off equipment after hours and i live 3 hours from this location i got there a day early to drop off the trailer at 4:55pm and they didn’t want to receive it because it was 5 minutes away from closing. i would not go back at all to these guys.

The staff was extremely attentive, friendly, and welcoming from start to finish. They made sure I had everything I needed and explained everything clearly. Maybe just have the windshield wipers replaced. I tried using the wipers when cleaning off the windshield and they didn't wipe that great! Other than that it was great!

I was asked how many miles I was going to use the rental for. It was local, I didn't know how many miles. I didn't know that I would be charged based on my guess. I ended up using half of what I estimated. Oh well live and learn. Home Depot rents trucks too.
