I had originally booked my reservation with the Nolan U-Haul representative in Montebello. They didn't have the truck then it was referred to your East Los Angeles location on Atlantic, which I've used in the past years ago as they had the truck then I was notified that they didn't have the truck that your location on Washington Boulevard in commerce did First of all you can't even find their location. The signage is absolutely terrible. The truck was dirty. I was supposed to get a 15 foot box. It was like a 10 foot box so I paid for a 15 foot box and didn't get a 15 foot box. The gentleman that was running the counter. I think he must be brand new to your system because they couldn't even get anything to print They had I was there at the counter for about 45 minutes and I was in a hurry, my experience was absolutely terrible. I'll never go back to that location again.
