I love the convenience and centralized location for this drop off area. It was just tricky to find the drop off box but other than that, it was excellent.
Noricela TTo whom it may concern, I’m very disappointed with the way reservations are being handled at this location. What is the point of making a reservation if it is not going to be honored? I understand the idea of “first come, first served” for walk-in customers, but a reservation should be different. If needed, secure the reservation with a credit card. That way, if the customer does not show up, the company can still charge a fee. That would be fair. But allowing someone to make a reservation and then not honoring it is simply a waste of time. Customers are waiting in line for 30 to 40 minutes only to be told there are no trucks available. If trucks are not available, there should be a clear sign outside letting people know instead of having them waste their time waiting. In my case, I spent hours trying to secure a reservation, only to have it cancelled or not honored. That is extremely frustrating and unfair. A reservation should have value and integrity. On top of that, the trucks appear old and poorly maintained, which adds to the overall concern. This feels like poor management and a lack of respect for customers’ time. Please address this issue so customers are not misled into believing they have a truck reserved when there is no truck actually available. Thank you.

CARLOS LMy pick up location was changed a day before the scheduled pick up date. When I arrived at the location I was told that no truck is available. I was then redirected to another location. I dropped off the truck with more fuel than needed. And yet I was charged an additional $14 for fuel.

Jose LA little confusing at first cause it’s attached to the same building as Frankie’s Pizza, but aside from that it was easy peasy. Friendly service and the truck was in pristine shape. They have a huge fleet to choose from too. Doesn’t hurt that their lot is right next door to a gas station! Highly recommend!

ELIZABETH HThe truck shook badly once you over 25 mph. It felt like the tire was going to fall off. The back of the truck leaked when it rained ruining my couch and love seat. The small dolly the had in the back was not secured tight. It moved when a box hit it and pinched/ cut my finger. Overall it was a horrible experience.
