Service was great and the young man that took care of me at the site was very nice friendly and helpful. Took the time to explain everything to me AWESOME! ?? Overall experience was excellent and for sure I will use and recommend to anyone. Only 1 thing went wrong and that is that the ramp was missing from the truck which made it very hard to load and unload stuff especially the furniture. Hadn't realised it was missing until we started to load the truck. Oh boy what a mission!!!!! ??

The truck was not dirty or reeking of cigarette odor, which was great. The AC was a little strange, we had to set it on Vent then Max AC for it to blow cool air out, took us a while to figure it out. One of my two minor issues was that the lock on the rear roll up cargo door was frozen and wouldn't open with the key included. It's not ideal to leave an unlocked, unattended truck in a Public Storage location, though we were in a decent area. The counter man was very good and got me through pickup of my 15 ft. truck fairly fast. My 2nd issue was the gas tank reading. The contract listed the odometer very precisely, to the 10th of a mile, but the reading for the gas tank was off. It was marked as a bit over 3/4 full but was actually a bit short of 3/4. We were in a hurry to get going, trying to beat the rain, and I didn't want to go back and call the guy out, especially since 2 more customers had come in right after me. We ended up only driving 3 miles (LOL) and I put in 2 gal. at the station right next to U-Haul, which took the needle right to the 3/4 mark. When I returned the truck and he recorded the numbers, he immediately pointed out the gas discrepancy and told me I should have come back in to have him correct it. He said it's a problem the they have with corporate when the recorded level doesn't match the return figure. In the end, he gave me the benefit of their error, there really was no doubt and I put in more fuel than I even used. Given the atrocious reviews of the nearby Nuevo Mundo U-Haul, where they never even answer the phone, I'm glad I cancelled with them and went with Ease On Down the Road and will use them again in the future. I have 2 tips to avoid what happened to me that all renters should heed. 1) Bring along your own extra padlock, in case something's wrong with their's. 2) If you see a discrepancy between the numbers on your contract and the actual odometer and/or fuel gauge readings, in their favor, take a phone pic of the fuel gauge and odometer. When you return, you can show the counter person the pic, which is time stamped, and avoid the hassle. Or you can go back in and use up more time, if you're not in a hurry.

Great place on Bird Road and 92 avenue, located right behind a historic Frankie's Pizza shop. They have trailers, pick ups, vans and big box trucks. Prices are decent and the pick up I rented was well kept. Its was a brand new GMC Sierra single cab. Had no problems and the employees we nice. I will return and you should try this place out!

I have not rented a U-Haul in a while. I needed to moved a treadmill and did not want a pick-up truck due to inclement weather. Roxanne was incredibly helpful and professional. My suggestion is to continue doing the great and professional work you're currently doing. Thanks.

We were not able to pick up the truck and trailer we rented at the preferred location. We had to pick it up at a further location, which was an inconvenience.
