We rented the cargo on Friday evening for Saturday. The pick-up time was 10:30AM, and it was to be a four hour rental. We arrived at 10:30, and were told that a van or truck would not be available until 1:30PM. (We had driven from Frankfort to Lexington for the rental.) We came back at 1:30, and there was still no van or truck available for us. One van was returned while I was there, but it was provided to a different customer. The staff eventually called around Lexington and we had to drive to Eastland Parkway to get a truck. What should have taken less than 2 hours took about 6 hours. The staff was nice, but it seems clear that U-Haul overbooks its equipment. I was not offered a credit for the inconvenience. Not good customer service.

William BI was confirmed and guaranteed to pick up my truck, I arrived at the location which was closed. No keys left in the key box. Then the back tire had a hole in it. Had to wait for road side assistance to fix it. Then the tire guy had to go back to his shop and get another tire truck because his compressor didn't work. Complete run around. Do not use this location. Very ghetto.
