The truck was mostly good, just needed to be cleaned in the cab ,the steering wheel and the seats was sticky. If that had been cleaned everything would have been excellent. Very smooth pickup and drop-off, very nice people!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI Had a very very Bad experience with this location when it comes to the gas level I returned the truck with. I returned the fuel level exactly the way I picked it up, and These people charged me 13Gal or $68, this is pure robbery. And U-haul customer service was unable to even identified the very same truck with all the pictures I provided. Franckly I regretted going to this place. Next time, no question I will go with Entreprise.

Anthony BWe rented the cargo on Friday evening for Saturday. The pick-up time was 10:30AM, and it was to be a four hour rental. We arrived at 10:30, and were told that a van or truck would not be available until 1:30PM. (We had driven from Frankfort to Lexington for the rental.) We came back at 1:30, and there was still no van or truck available for us. One van was returned while I was there, but it was provided to a different customer. The staff eventually called around Lexington and we had to drive to Eastland Parkway to get a truck. What should have taken less than 2 hours took about 6 hours. The staff was nice, but it seems clear that U-Haul overbooks its equipment. I was not offered a credit for the inconvenience. Not good customer service.
