Not in a good location They did not seemed familiar with process I would much rather go to a U-Haul store I don’t like how your app chooses locations At home I know what location to pick

I was confirmed and guaranteed to pick up my truck, I arrived at the location which was closed. No keys left in the key box. Then the back tire had a hole in it. Had to wait for road side assistance to fix it. Then the tire guy had to go back to his shop and get another tire truck because his compressor didn't work. Complete run around. Do not use this location. Very ghetto.
