I don't recommend this third party dealers at all. The corporate location is my only choice.

Fernando JI have used this location in the past and had a good experience using in person pick up. The online service was a nightmare. Took over an hour to go through the online check in. It kept throwing errors. Then I finally check in and the key doesn't start the truck. My options were rent another, wait for them to open or call roadside which could take up to 90 minutes. Having no choice, called roadside. In the meantime tried my lock box code on the other boxes. It opened the other boxes and I found the key to my truck. Although a benefit for me, that is not secure. I will avoid online service at all cost in the future.

Daniel VI was supposed to pick up the truck at a different location (Emmaus, PA). Even though the service at Breignesville was excellent, the frustration of the truck not being at the original location and the inconvenience of having to go to another location - plus the delays it caused were definitely not appreciated. Better planning should be in place to ensure trucks are were they are supposed to be. Specially when I reserved over two weeks in advance.
JOVANKA Lthe fuel gauge reading was inaccurate so when i returned it at the same fuel level i got it at i received an additional charge.
katelynn hIt is hard to say a truck with a bad leak that makes it undriveable is well-maintained. But, I don't know how they would have noticed without moving the truck. It wasn't until we moved the truck that we found it. I was also shocked that uhaul schedulers had changed my pick-up location, despite a guaranteed reservation and truck at this location, without telling me. I would have showed up expecting a truck on Sept 2nd (the original pick-up date) only to find out they didn't have a reservation for me--even though I did. When you are relying on others to provide transportation for you, because you are out of state, it isn't helpful to get diverted without being told you are being diverted. And, this after I had to cancel an earlier-made unguaranteed reservation to get a much-later-made guaranteed reservation for the same place, rather than someone on uhaul's site recognize the earlier reservation and guarantee me the truck without me having to cancel and do another reservation--which is very bad business.

Richard SI made my reservation online and got a quote of $65. Once I finally got there I was told I had to get insurance and didn't have a choice so it was an extra twenty, and after a few other things I wasn't told about it came out to be over $100. At that point I really had no choice to pay. Then while trying to pay it took three cards to realize the system was down. So after all said and done my 10 am scheduled pickup was around 1030 till i was out. The lady at the counter was nice but dang. Fix the system, let people know when they order online that there are additional fees, then when I went to drop off the van the store was already closed. Sign said it closed at 12 noon. I wanted to pay in cash to avoid the charge on my car. I've rented 3 uhauls this year and this by far was the worst experience I've had in all my uhaul rentals.

Nicole WMileage was incorrect on paperwork vs. actual mileage on truck. Person at counted hand wrote mileage on paperwork however but obviously never changed in the system. Uhaul is charging me $1.39 per mile for incorrect mileage.

Robert BI am upset about UHaul's deceptive advertising. A poster at the rental office stated that the daily rate is 100 free miles and then $.29 for every mile after that. I was charged $.89 on all the miles.
