The people at East penn storage were great, but when my truck broke down, it was very difficult trying to get someone out there for Service. I was stranded for four hours until finally they made the decision after they found it was the fuel pump the tow the vehicle to my daughter‘s home in Gilbertsville so we could unload the vehicle. Then the next day they came and tow the vehicle away at the same time at the same time I got a bill for 200 and some dollars because it was dropped off in the wrong location that was not my fault. They knew where the vehicle was rented from but now I have to pay this additional money, totally dissatisfied with the way things were handled. There was one girl her name was Shannon that went and helped us get done and get everything correctly moved so she deserves a raise so disappointed on the way things were handled.

Great experience. The woman who helped me at the front counter was fantastic. A real lifesaver. Lost my wallet and called to see if it was left at the store. She called me back and advised me I had dropped it in the grass when I was checking the vehicle and she found it for me.

JUAN MYou need to improve your online services. After I made the reservation and selected the payment method and obtained a confirmation when I went to pick up the vehicle I had nothing but problems. I had to do the whole process again because the system showed the reservation was not completed.
