I would like a refund, my vehicle was 1 hour late although you advertise your equipment to be ready per arrival. Due to this i had to pay my help an extra hour. I am completely dissatisfied.

We did the no contact pick up and when we went to pick up the truck there was no key left in the lock box. We ended up having to wait till the location opened an hour later to get the key and we had to register all over again…a very painful process. Then when we got into the truck and there was only enough gas to go 34 km. Instead of being a full tank. The service st this location was applauding- no one taking responsibility for the ineptness of the crew.
Earl HHad difficulty communicating in English. Did not have the blankets that I had requested when booked Facility was very scattered disorganized and dirty Took over 1/2 hour to get my truck. I felt that they did not communicate clearly with me.
