24/7 service and response is the absolute worst it's ever been. software and app is... so bad- it would have been faster to process with a hammer and chisel on a stone tablet. 90 minutes, 8 uploads, 3 phone calls, 4 debit card swipes, and entering the data on the same 5 pages of forms... 6 times... worked like a charm. U-haul needs to re-evaluate what they're paying their engineers and who they're hiring. my guess is they got 2 interns running the show. even metacrawler and lycos (1994's predecessor to google) worked better. it's 2020. despite the fact that the entire west coast is burning, there's really no excuse for such pathetic software. The attendant at this location was kind enough to help me through the bull feces of the u-haul app and get me squared away. 24/7 - allow 30-90 minutes for the process to complete. maybe pick up at 2am when there's not much going on or anything better to do...Matthias B.

Facility was fine, however, the self-service pickup instructions failed to tell me I would be required to provide an alternative contact name or a passport to rent the vehicle. This was a major cause of frustration during the pickup process. Everything else was great.Steven S.

Previous renter left gas receipt and driver's license in cup holder. This tells me it was not thoroughly cleaned. I called rental office and notified of this find. Office was closed when truck was returned, so receipt and license was dropped through the key slot in office door.Steven T.

I arrived at 11:30 am to find the location closed until noon. I dropped the truck off as instructed by the placard on the window. I received a $25 charge because the truck wasnt clean. I called the location for an explanation and was told the truck wasnt swept out and I didn't fold the blankets. This was the first I had heard about these requirements. I didn't fold the blankets. And the truck was in the exact same condition as I received it. We only hauled boxes and furniture.tom W.

Rented a 15 foot truck that the previous people who rented used for a dump run. Garbage "juice" everywhere. Absolutely disgusting. Had to clean it myself before i could move my furniture. Recommend you check before renting out to the next person. The guy was friendly tho.Jennifer M.

The location was great and so was the person we worked with. My only comment is we went to 2-other locations to return and were told they weren't able to accept our vehicle. When I called, I was transferred multiple times and finally got to the Traffic Dept. It was minor bump but most likely happened because we didn't have a final destination address when we rented the vehicle. The lady at the U-Haul office was very efficient. While she needed to do her review of the vehicle, she said we could leave and a receipt would be e-mailed. It was great since time is of the essence as we try to get settled in our new home.Cherie G.

When I use Uhaul, I am not interested in going on line, creating a computer account/connection. When you send an alert, asking me to register on line......Why? It is best to just give me the information such as where to pick up at, etc. Thank you, a great company, great team. I will be using another two trucks in our move to Montana!Rod K.
I had a bad fall off the back of the truck. Older models had better anti-slip, this new model did not. Not exactly thrilled.STAN H.
Equipment was as clean as an older truck could be. Mirrors and windshield were water spotted. Cargo area was clear of debris. Staff was very friendly and pleasant.Stan M.
Reservation was made at another location(Cascade Park Self Storage)which I had used before. In making the reservation(in person) the employee entered my phone wrong & I corrected her. When they moved my reservation they still had not entered the corrected phone number & could not reach me - I arrived to pick up the truck at the reserved time only to be told the reservation had been moved & that the new location wasn't yet open. This delay caused other issues with help that had been secured. Very disappointed with the experience & the Cascade Park Self Storage location. East Vancouver Self Storage was prompt in getting me out once they opened.Robert H.
