It took me 90 minutes to clear thru the app a confirmed reservation. The franchise manager couldn’t get through either. She eventually cleared the reservation thru a call to Customer Service. The App didn’t work at drop off either. Again manager had to do the drop off via a laptop instead of a cell phone. TRUCK RAN GREAT BUT A HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!
