The personnel at the Eastham Shell drop off location were very helpful and pleasant. They asked the right questions to make sure I could close the contract w/o difficulty. They offered to do that paperwork in the app to get me on my way quickly. And suggested I take photos of mileage /fuel to avoid any questions. Great experience.

The shell owner is helpful and professional
Kathleen WThe UHaul software on the website caused us a 50 minute delay in leaving with the truck. We needed to add a second driver and because the website is so customer un-friendly even the store manager too 45 minutes to attempt to help us. Even email and text messages were delayed by 9 hours from the company after being prompted by the store manager.
Michelle EThe gas attendant was very helpful, although he wasn’t thoroughly trained on UHaul’s processes. He relied heavily on the UHaul employee over the phone. The entire process was not seamless. All in all, it took me over a half hour just to pick up the truck. Had I known this location is a gas station and not a UHaul facility with UHaul employees, I would have chosen to go through the app to pick up the truck. It was a very confusing process that could’ve been very simple.
Mark LIt took me 90 minutes to clear thru the app a confirmed reservation. The franchise manager couldn’t get through either. She eventually cleared the reservation thru a call to Customer Service. The App didn’t work at drop off either. Again manager had to do the drop off via a laptop instead of a cell phone. TRUCK RAN GREAT BUT A HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!
