Herbert RThe gentleman at the desk could not have been nicer or more professional. The truck was clean and in good condition. The electronic system for license verification was cranky, needs attention, could not have done it without being on location and getting the aide of the person at the station. I have worked in computer software, this was not a user issue, was a clunky and cranky interface that needs attention. Kudos to Eastham Shell.
Paul MThe personnel at the Eastham Shell drop off location were very helpful and pleasant. They asked the right questions to make sure I could close the contract w/o difficulty. They offered to do that paperwork in the app to get me on my way quickly. And suggested I take photos of mileage /fuel to avoid any questions. Great experience.
