The gas attendant was very helpful, although he wasn’t thoroughly trained on UHaul’s processes. He relied heavily on the UHaul employee over the phone. The entire process was not seamless. All in all, it took me over a half hour just to pick up the truck. Had I known this location is a gas station and not a UHaul facility with UHaul employees, I would have chosen to go through the app to pick up the truck. It was a very confusing process that could’ve been very simple.

It took me 90 minutes to clear thru the app a confirmed reservation. The franchise manager couldn’t get through either. She eventually cleared the reservation thru a call to Customer Service. The App didn’t work at drop off either. Again manager had to do the drop off via a laptop instead of a cell phone. TRUCK RAN GREAT BUT A HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!
