It’s too expensive but a lot of people we’re gonna need you the U-Haul the for it to pay too much money for day is a lot plus guys plus miles you’re ripping people off that’s why you were so big and I hope you consider it the prices.

Vernon BBe a little more considerate on the time and pricing and accuracy on the has gauge because I returned the truck the exact amount of gas it had when I picked it up and I was charged for gas. I felt scammed on this particular rental. I have been a customer of uhaul for a long time and this is the one and only experience I would never wanna experience again.

Jack BThe representative at the facility was not the friendliest and gave me a truck that had several dents and said I would be liable for damages. I disputed the pictures sent to me where it does NOT show the dents. They shoud update the pictures of the trucks so new customers are not charged for them.

OSCAR MProcess was simple and fast. Scheduled an appointment and picked up my equipment. Had someone help me install my equipment and dropped it at another location. Uhaul employees gave me a hand unloading my equipment and check out was fast as sending an email and verifying trailer didn’t have damages. Once that was done your on your way. Thank you!

MATTHEW BIt would be helpful to tell customers what MPG to expect. I should have asked since I put way too much gas for my 73 mile trip. And apparently there is no credit given when someone brings a truck back with an almost full tank.
Jean MGet a lock box for the keys that doesn’t jam, make sure all the outlets work inside the trucks, and periodically check the tire sensors since they can be faulty according to the customer service agent I spoke with

humberto cMy original one way drop-off point was closed and offered no key drop for self use. Had to call in and set up and drive to another closed location that at least had key drop. Would have appreciated to have been told upfront about self drop-off and lack of key slot.

Julie lMayra went above and beyond to help us get the car off the tow dolly. Again no one was there that was “Certified” to do it, but we got it done together. She was kind enough to waive the “Extra Day” fee because I was not able to unload the truck and return it until noon.
