Robert WI successfully made a reservation, and the check-in process was straightforward, with the van readily available. It's necessary to take several pictures before driving, which is a good practice. I discovered a small chip in the windshield after departing and informed them upon return, which was handled without issue. They provide a mileage sheet to assist in refueling the vehicle appropriately before returning it. The only minor inconvenience was that the trucks are located behind the building, requiring a bit of a walk to reach them. Nevertheless, the service was excellent!

Luis OI was guaranteed a 5x9 ramp trailer with appliance dolly and moving blankets at the following location on Sunday Aug 2nd. AT 8.00 am.. There was nobody at this location at 8.00am. It said they don't open until 9.00 on door. I waited patiently for 1 hour. Nobody shows up at all. By 9.30 am I had to give up and struggle to find alternative. I ended up going to 3 places, destroying my schedule on a 100 degree day. This cost me to make a 2 day move. I lost a days work and also my work required me to be away from home in hotel. I also lost that money, all because uhaul scheduled me for pickup where nobody even showed up. I am disgusted and will file an official complaint. Contract no. 79118760.
Andrew CShowed up last minute in a hurry. Smooth process. Gas station in the same parking lot so refill easy. Recommend that 26 if you got a bunch of stuff. I moved all the big stuff and still moving.

Quiana BI had to walk all the way around the shopping center to get the truck. Would have been nice to know that before getting dropped off. The back of the building had homeless people and trash all over. There was no one to assist me when I got back there. I had to put the dolly in myself and jump up to close the back. It was not a good experience especially being not in the best of health.

U-Haul experienced an outage while I was there and agent went above and beyond to get me in a rental by continuous checking the site for updates and also on mobile to get us up and running. Way to go. Clean and well kept vehicles with no issues. Way to go!!

NORA LIt’s out of desperation/frustration I’m even writing this. The truth felt mechanically terrible as someone who’s been driving and renting these for years. My back literally still hurts. Lack of power and extremely bumpy. Not to mention the dashboard looked like a Xmas tree at times. The return of the truck was in a crowded parking lot in a place where I felt I was going to get mugged graffiti and trash everywhere and specious people Roaming around literally IN THE SHADOS…..will NEVER BE USING THIS LOCATION AGAIN. Please evaluate and try to REFUND ME. Will probably never happen because customers service is horrid….

GREGORIO BThe truck was parked way too inside it was the biggest long truck so backing it up and trying to take it out at a narrow space it was challenging to get it where other trucks where parked too close to it . They need to be more organized on how they park their trucks to make more space to allow the reserve trucks to allow them easy access to pick them up and not make people waste their time.
