The front windshield was dirty through something sticky stuffs and the wiper was not having any fluid to clean it apart from that all was good

Vehicle felt a bit old and not maintained, not so easy to drive, have driven far well maintained uhaul trucks before, I took me almost 20 minutes to find the truck in the parking lot, guidance could have been much better by the executive.

Kevin SThe Business name wasn't clear on the reservation. It was hard to find. Then I realized this was a travel agency, courier and passport photo place, on top of a Uhaul. Uhaul was not on the outside of the business, so it needs to be more clear. Once I finally found the location, I waited 20 minutes to be helped. Once everything was ready to go, they didn't except my debit credit card, only a full fledged card. This makes it difficult for someone that doesn't have a traditional card to use Uhaul. I had to get assistance from my sister. So ridiculous. The discount I was offered was also not given. Very disappointed.
