Custom service rep was always attending different people even though I was sitting in front of her. Took more than 45 mins to provide the truck and still she wanted the truck back by same time requested

How U-Haul Reviews WorkNeed to improve the app a lot. Progress of mobile pickup lost multiple times and had yo do it again.
Divyang MI was paid more than what I had expected. I still don’t believe that I got charged correctly. Can you check and get back to me about it? I was charged $94 when I booked the truck and $176 after I returned the truck.
gurinder sThe front windshield was dirty through something sticky stuffs and the wiper was not having any fluid to clean it apart from that all was good
Vishaal MVehicle felt a bit old and not maintained, not so easy to drive, have driven far well maintained uhaul trucks before, I took me almost 20 minutes to find the truck in the parking lot, guidance could have been much better by the executive.
