The Business name wasn't clear on the reservation. It was hard to find. Then I realized this was a travel agency, courier and passport photo place, on top of a Uhaul. Uhaul was not on the outside of the business, so it needs to be more clear. Once I finally found the location, I waited 20 minutes to be helped. Once everything was ready to go, they didn't except my debit credit card, only a full fledged card. This makes it difficult for someone that doesn't have a traditional card to use Uhaul. I had to get assistance from my sister. So ridiculous. The discount I was offered was also not given. Very disappointed.
