The staff was very friendly and helpful. I received excellent customer service when I returned the U-Haul trailer. Everything went smoothly, and I would definitely recommend this location.
EDGAR PI was never advised if I return the UhAul 2 hours late I would be charge $40 extra day and also upon returning I was letting them know I had been calling all morning to let them know because we was stuck in traffic for hours so it pushed our timing back. No one ever answered but when I went into the location all the workers was just standing around laughing and joking. Also when I gave them the keys they just said ok bye. I was well dont you want to look at it and make sure its good he said no we will just bill you if anything come up. So unprofessional and when I called to get the charge removed the lady worker told me she would credit it back and the call dropped so I had to call back and a man answered the phone and was very rude and told me I would have to contact corporate! Uhaul employees at the Sherwood location off warden road is terrible I rather pay a moving company next time.

Clintell CAttempted a return during their normal Saturday business hours 830 - 12 but no one was there, placed lockedup. Noone answered the phone numbers listed. Luck, I had the App to do self checking/return.
