HARRY CKeep doing what you are doing! The equipment was clean and ready with dolly and pads stored in the back when I arrived to pick up the truck. Check out procedure was streamless. The check in procedure was not quite as smooth. Only glitch was the app would not recognize my location upon return of the equipment causing me to have to just drop the key in the box (this was an after-hours drop off) as opposed to doing a full procedure drop off. The glitch in the app was more likely an issue with me being somewhat technologically challenged than anything on U-Haul's side. I was very pleased with this transaction, highly recommend this location and the folks running it and will use this location again should the need arise!

MATTHEW SI had a one way from PA to a drop off location in Northfield MN when I dropped it off I called the number provided. They said I am at the wrong location and wanted it 40 miles away. That was NOT on my contract. Northfield was on the signed contract. They said “we can change the drop off location at anytime” I argued that was not what was on my contract and she said “you will get additional charges on my card” it’s in Northfield where the signed contract had the location to drop off. We will see if I get charged. VERY rude customer service
