They don't seem to check their equipment. They rented me a tow dolly that had a flat tire and broken tail lights. I found out about these in the middle of the freeway.

Not allow the location where I rented the truck from be an agent for you all. They don't do a walk through of the truck before they rent it out to their customers. They misinform you. They don't tell their customers they're going to be closed for two days. They lock their property so you can't turn I. Your truck. They don't answer the phone. They are beyond unprofessional. I have rented uhaul for years, but due to them, I and my horrible experience, I will never rent from uhaul again. Plus it took me and hour to get through Uhaul to communicate with them to complain about this location.

Everything was good, the equipment was clean and both Representatives were very helpful. I was only disappointed that I was not able to get a veteran discount when pick up the U Haul truck, maybe next time. Thank you for everything.
