I had to be sent to another facility to complete the electrical hookup of the trailer. Edison Lighting was the third site I was sent to for getting a trailer that was supposed to be reserved at the first location. I was told I needed to go to the second location to pick up trailer. They also did not have the trailer. I then sent to Edison lighting. received the trailer but had to go to the fourth location to get electrical hooked up. (Had to drive without lights) Lost over two hours of my time and had to drive almost 100 unnecessary miles. I was Told there would be a $50.00 reimbursement for my trouble which I did not receive.

AFONSO SThese folks were absolutely amazing. I think I have 3 different times from Edison Lighting. One time I tried to extend the rental through the app, folks from Edison Lighting called me too tell me they had spoken with their field manager and ok'd me to just keep it longer vice starting over. I actually left something in the unit, I have no I idea I missed it. The folks from Edison Lighting got it aside as they knew I might be back for it.. I just took my rental back and it looks like they are renting to a one way customer, which means I mat not be able to get my hands on a decent sized unit. Bottom line: they were great.!!! V/R
