I’m not sure how to put this because the experience was extremely bad at the first location. The second location we went to was extremely helpful. It’s a long story because we rented a 10’ box truck from a location of off HWY 77 and they wouldn’t meet us to unlock the lock box to get the key was lying to us and literally lived around the corner in the hotel that this box truck was in a abandoned business. We talked to the U-Haul Representative over the phone which I wish I wrote her name down and she was given the run around also about how to get the key. And she heard someone in the back ground of her conversation say I can get them the key and the person on the phone said no. Well she ended up canceling that contract for us and setup and different location for us which was way easier the location representative was waiting for us on pickup and rent. The representative on the phone explained to us that we had to pay for another truck and was being reimbursed on the first one and it would take I think she said 2 business days which is fine she was straight forward explaining everything. I hope this rating does not affect the second location because his name was Jacob and he was very helpful for us.
