EVERYTHING WENT GREAT. THE GENTLEMAN GOT EVERYONE IN AND OUT QUICKLY. THE EQUIPMENT (VEHICLE) I USED WAS AWESOME. CLEAN AND EASY TO DRIVE.

Pete AHello and who I love him whoever I am speaking with my comment is about billing I used my credit card for a down payment so somebody could use the U-Haul and it was only supposed to be a flat fee of I believe it was $50 and the person who used the U-Haul is dead they passed away and now I'm getting charged with I guess they went over on mileage and I'm getting charged $350 and it went to collections and I'm like for somebody to please call me back 609-854-1275 my name is Bill Lazzaro thank you

Patti MMake sure you check your mileage going out and coming back, take a photo. I was over charged for 40 miles and no one will address the problem or attempt to correct it both locally or with U-Haul customer service. They accused me of lying and stated there is nothing they can do. Don’t use them!

Frank BThe biggest concern on whether I will use U Haul ever again is that you guys did the ole bait and switch on pricing. I was quoted .79/ mile while after returning the vehicle it was shown at .99/ mile. Thank God I keep records and print/screenshot every darn quote ad email as when I called the helpline you guys had no record of the original quote you sent me. Thankfully the girl I spoke with (Michelle) was kind enough to allow me to send her my screenshot showing the original price and hopefully in 3-5 business days I will see the OVERCHARGE refunded back to me.
