I give a 1 for the process of trying to pick the pre-reserve truck up. After doing everything, they said, downloading the app, taking pictures/selfies. They said I still was not able to get the truck. I was there for an hour waiting to pick up the truck finally after three phone calls, I got someone on the line who had to walk me through it and she had to put the information in manually for me to be able to get the keys to pick up the truck. I almost missed my movers which I needed the truck for!!

This was the second truck we rented this week. The other rental was from the Black Horse Pike in 08234. With both rentals the cab was not cleaned as well as in should be. Specifically the windshield, inside and out. It was so dirty it took us 2 times to clean it.
