The app is glitchy and was painful to use - especially uploading pics of the dashboard for gas/mileage at the start of the rental. Location booked was different to the actual location I needed to use.

I have a problem with U-Haul the company. I wasn't told till the day before my pickup time that I had to go 20 mile more to pickup my truck. So I had to pay for an extra 40 miles plus gas.
It was a quick in and out. Perfect!
I should never have visited this location -- only went here because my original reservation was abruptly cancelled (and yes now I know that a reservation is not really a reservation you have the authority to cancel it anytime you want -- THAT'S TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, CORPORATE UHAUL!!! Cost me an extra $8 in tolls to drive it to my location. THANKS CORPORATE UHAUL!

Dropped off after hours and was easy.
No problems with anything. Oh, the labor help had to be cancelled because the one chosen do not work in NJ. Was a pain working through the conciliation online. Had to make call and go through labor and uhauls people to finally get it through.

The pick up location was great. Only problem was with the scheduling staff online. This location was 75 miles from my house. Why would you schedule a truck for me and not have it where it should be?
Truck, dollies, and furniture blankets looked virtually brand new. Ed and the other gentleman who assisted me were incredibly friendly, pleasant, and professional. Would highly recommend.

Truck needs shocks, it was a very, very bumpy ride. I know that a truck is not a car but it bounced all over the place.
Truck needed alignment which was a headache driving for 20hrs. Had a blow out ( very very scary ) and tire guy said tire was old and ready to blow, so tire maintenance was bad Ed's citgo was great no problem and fast in and out
When I pulled into a crowded lot I was met by a gruff man who told me I had to deliver trailer to lot on other side . I asked how and he said â€œhe didn't knowâ€. Finally I was able to pull trailer thru lot and apparently I pulled a little to far at which he screamed â€œSTOP!!!â€ I did, got out and he said â€œyour doneâ€. I asked if he was expecting me and he said â€œhe was but he didn't want itâ€. So overall I was made to feel as if I'm the bad guy for renting a one-way trailer and using your online ordering system and selecting his location as the system told me that is where to take it. Clearly his customer service and appreciation skills are SORELY LACKING. Very disappointing to be met with such a rude and inappropriate response after a long, trying haul.
