Douglas SI think it is absolutely ridiculous that I made a reservation 3 months ago with the intention of picking up the u haul in Lacrosse WI and having to pick it up in viroqua, wi. When I called to dispute this issue I was told I would not have to pay for the extra mileage and there was nothing that could be done!! No shit, why would I be Charged to drive an hour out of my way??

Tim SWas told I was gonna i was being charged $100 extra as a deposit for reusing my prepaid debit card and that I would get it back at the new location if returned on time. when I got to the new state I moved to and returned the trailer on time they told me that I was not getting $100 back that it was only trucks that get $100 back trailers only get $60 back & that I was only charged $60 deposit. So that’s all I got back.
HEATHER FAsked for a 20ft truck to move house supplies! Quoted a 26ft for the price of a 20ft. Because a 20ft was not available. But appears charges were in fact for a 26ft. Truck!! Please explain??

STEVEN CLow rear tire. Bad tail light/signal. Had to go to Lacrosse, WI U- haul to get crorected .drove 40 miles to pick it up and 40 miles to lacrosse U-haylto get fixed and 10 miles home to start loading. Other than that and the weather every thing was good.

DAVID WThe process to get my reserved truck was absolutely horrendous and will be the reason I never rent from Uhaul ever again. I made a reservation a month and half prior for a pick-up for equipment for 9am in Cedar Rapids, IA, and was never called or emailed any form of confirmation. Upon arrival for pickup at 9am, I find out that the earliest potential for a truck would be 3pm. Upon requesting looking for a sooner reservation, this confirmed truck was cancelled and subsequently booked by someone else so I then lost that confirmed truck. The then closest available truck, and only available truck was a 3 hour drive away, in Wisconsin. I was forced to drive 3 hours one way to pick up a reservation that should’ve been there as contracted to be over a month prior. Wildly unprofessional and will never recommend anyone use Uhaul ever again.

sharon pNot an issue with the Viroqua location but with UHaul in general because the equipment was supposed to be in LaCrosse and with less than 24 hours notice, I was told I needed to pick up the truck in Viroqua which is 40 minutes from LaCrosse.
