Terrible service. Lady called me to change my pick up after already changing it earlier in the day and offering me 20 off. Then when I arrive. I told them about that and they still charged me the full 121 and said that it would come off when I dropped off the truck which also was a lie. This place had some one who could speak English well enough but was not familiar with the process and had to call someone to complete the pick up after searching for the keys for about 20 minutes.

Brianna ITruck had no windshield washer fluid and the cab was muddy with cereal all over the floor. El Changarro did nothing to prepare it for me and didn't have the staff to do it.
Joe EThe vehicle should be in good working order and clean. This truck was neither. The check engine light was on. The driver door would not close all the way unless it was slammed shut. The front left tire needed air. The windshield was filthy inside and out! The back of the truck was filthy! The transmission was not running well! The staff was friendly.

Jesse TI did the reservation four days a head and the first place they said they didn’t have anything available so I have to go to other location and on the other location it was closed and I waited and I the U-Haul customer and they send me to other location by time I return the truck rental I have to pay more on miles because it was far from home and from the first location that they supposed to have the truck for me.
