IRMA TTrucks stored at another location he had to drive us to. Then had to drive back to store to get dolly. He did not have the 12 furniture pads i ordered and paid for. He said he would credit me back for the pads, but never did. It took numerous calls to U haul to straighten out the pad situation.

Ronald CWhat good is asking if the equipment needs anything if you aren't going to follow through? I noted the smell and the tire pressure light being on when I dropped it off and you rented it out again a couple of hours later without doing anything about either one. I know because the drop off location was a grocery store and they called me asking how to get into the truck because the next renters were there to get it!
Rebecca BIncrease the allowed mileage for one way rentals. I'm not going from the pickup location straight to the drop off location... its ridiculous. The staff at the pickup location was kind, thorough and accommodating.

Whitney SLorenzo was incredibly helpful. He called and texted me several times while we in transit to see if I needed anything and then He arranged for two guys to help us unload the trailer. He is tops at customer service, going that “extra mile” to help us. And so friendly!

CORTNEY CThey didn't have the Dolly I reserved and he sent me to another uhaul store and there I had hell getting one they didnt do one way utility dollies so I had to get the apliance Dolly and pay $20 not the $12 that I reservado for the small Dolly. IT was a horrible experiencia I hope I never have to rent a uhaul ever again
Anna mI want a refund of part my rental due fact of no one attended store or to me when returned truck. I stood in empty open store for an hour. No lock box. Very unprofessional service. Truck did not run well and needs an alignment. I am so disgusted at how i was treated on yesterday at end of rental. When agent finally got to store he thought it was funny to have me waiting for an hour in his open empty store location. Who goes and leave store doors open unattended.??? Insane.

JERRY lThis place literally charged my credit card for an additional rental day that I did not even have the truck as well as two after hours fees. Please rent from an actual UHAUL location & not any 3rd party places! People work really hard for their money, this is crazy to fraud hard working people out of money when we’re in such hard times as an economy. God has a special place for people like you all!

JERRY lThey did not have the dolly I ordered and the truck I was rented ran horribly. The check engine light was on and it consumed a lot more fuel than it should have. The guy who was there to rent me the truck didn’t know what he was doing and the older guy who was there when I returned the truck didn’t put in the information correctly so I was charged incorrectly. I have been to many uhaul locations and this was definitely the worse!

Julie dMore than 24 hours before I picked up my truck there was a scheduling conflict which created a situation where U-Haul moved our location. However, on the day of pick up the truck was delayed 3 hours and the system took 3 hours off my original time. I don’t think that’s fair to any customer. We can’t fix people who keep truck longer than expect but there should be a way where we still honor the time of the customer who is unfortunately caught in the middle.
