someone to speak English helped me finally. wifi was down . had to wait for Traffic to call them and got things straightened out.
Bill mThe lady who handled my return was adequately professional. The gentleman who evaluated the truck did not communicate with me at all and originally reported that I returned the truck with insufficient fuel. I had to show the lady handling the return a picture of the fuel gauge and mileage and argue the fact to avoid being erroneously charged.
Tim LOwner needs to learn English. Is also rude and inconsiderate. Uhaul should abandon service at this location.
CHRISTOPHER DHave no idea if UHaul is going to reimburse me part of my payment as I returned the rental early. The originating and drop off clerks both said I should get some money back. So just waiting to see....
