Melanie SNot much to improve upon here. The woman at the front counter is by far the most friendly Uhaul rep I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. This is the only location I will use in the future. The mechanic gentleman is very informative and a great asset to the company as well.

April UI tried doing the after hours drop off via the app. I arrived at the location and the app could not get past "accessing location" or whatever. Meanwhile, as it kept trying it was killing my battery. For my own safety I had to give up on it because it was dangerously cold outside and I couldn't risk being unable to get an uber due to my battery dying on me. I used uhaul about 7 years ago. It was easy. These days, apparently uhaul will enter into a partnership with anyone who owns a pet store, or a head shop, or clothing boutique and let them offer uhaul services. Whoever had this idea is a fucking moron. It does not work. How can I say that? I will never do business with you again, and neither would anyone else who had my experience with you

Mia RI have rented several uhaul trucks and trailers. I personally cleaned out the truck as always making sure to clean the cab and the box including sweeping as required. The grease drop off charged me $50.00 for cleaning. I need this refunded to me and you may want to stop their contract and making you lose customers.

Mike HI have zero complaints about both gentlemen who gave me and returned my rental. First, a trailer in my area was not available and I had to travel over 100 miles to get one. The truck is not the 26' but rather a 20' and I was told I would receive a 6x12 trailer. The trailer was not even available when I picked up!! The furniture pads I reserved were also not available. There were cigarette ashes and spilled drink residue in the interior. Even after spending the $180 in fuel, I was then charged for "over mileage" when I dropped off. Given the fact I never received a truck I reserved weeks in advance but a smaller one I should have been more than well compensated also with given the fact I had to travel over 100 miles in the first place to even get a truck. I was then charged a $25 clean up fee for some dirt on the floormate that easily could have just been shaken out of the mats in a couple of minutes. In fact I watched the lady spend only a few minutes sweeping the truck out of what little dirt collected on the floormate which is exactly where dirt would collect. I am absolutely disgusted at the whole situation. I will never use uhaul again in my life and will encourage others and spread my story for others. Uhaul is appalling!

Chrystal GThe truck was old (2008) 185k miles on it, beat up with dents all over, had to add antifreeze and oil through the 1000 mile trip, had a bent frame and didn't track straight. The drivers seat was very comfy though. The young Lady, Cory was very pleasant and helpful, she has no control over the trucks that she gets in to rent, but the 26 ft. truck we got should be retired. We paid top dollar for a P.O.S. truck.
Al KThe front counter lady was very friendly. The fumes from the shop were almost unbearable. This was not supposed to be my pick up location and was charged an extra 20 miles even though uhaul is the one who switched pick up locations.
Shanna MHonestly, there's really nothing that I saw that required improvement. The lady that rented the truck to me was kind, patient, and made a point of explaining every billing item in detail. More businesses should treat their customers like this. I would recommend this U-Haul dealership without reservation.
