Dont charge outrageous fuel chargers for people who rent the truck for 2 hours, put 8 miles on it and even put 5$ of gas in it. (Gas is only 70 cents!!!) This is ridiculous. I will NEVER use uhaul again and this is my 3rd or 4th time using them.

How about not charging your customers two additional days when the location for drop off is scarcely open and it was dropped off after hours on the long weekend. I'm absolutely pissed and will be seeking costs to proceedings should it result in any. I have always used U-Haul for my moves and I gotta say, never again after this stunt you's have pulled! I will be making sure to tell all my friends and family the crap I've been through and the money you tried to charge me.

The only issues we had was with the online pickup and return. Processing of credentials took a ridiculous amount of time. The return portion ended up timing out after 15 minutes of waiting to process picture of odometer and fuel level. Vehicle was left at location, locked and keys in drop area. I would not recommend the online service whatsoever to anyone I respected.

The mechanic was rude. Did not want to give me back my deposit that I paid. Gave me a hard time about returning the truck late when this was a fault made by your company.

I am concerned that I did not receive a final statement & my credit card was charges for virtually the full amount quoted. The difference was you estimated 31KM whereas I only did 9km and returned the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as when picked up.

Well first off i had a hard time trying to tell im i get my diposit back and after waiting for him to try and figure out how to get me my money back, he just gose and tells me there going to send me a cheque in the mail, witch i have to wait 3 weeks for ... Never using u haul again its just insaine .. Will take your money from you no problem it will take less then 30 seconds but will get you your money that we own you in 3 weeks

Really not happy! Did not have equipment we requested, was overcharged for a substitue product. Cancelled contract (with help from uhaul customer service ) because we found what we needed elsewhere only to be charged TWICE!! Spent half a day trying to get the extra credit card charges reversed!!! Don't know if I will book again -

Your competitors offer unlimited mileage and the same or slightly less usage charge and I would consider renting more often if you made it more attractive than your competitors

I had to drive from Hamilton to Brantford just to pick up truck. The man at the desk was not friendly. When he put the blankets in the truck they were just piled. I would not recommend this location.

Make sure that the trailer is clean (including odour) for the next user. The trailer had a very strong fire smell to it. Unfortunately it did transfer to my daughters contents as I was moving to residence. Not impressed.

The gentleman at the uhaul location I picked my truck up from was great. I would easily give him 5 stars. HOWEVER, uhaul nearly left me with hired movers and no truck. They called me yesterday to tell me I would not get the truck until 2 PM, meanwhile I had movers coming for 9. A few phone calls to head office and I had a truck scheduled. Why put a person already stressed about moving though that?!

The drop location was closed when I dropped off the truck. There wasn't a drop off box for the key. It had to be put into an exhaust hold in the garage door. It would be useful to have drop off box that is marked.
