Absolutely terrible experience here. Threatened us with damage to the truck that we didn’t cause or do. Forced us to pay for extra mileage - even though we were told via phone that mileage overages wouldn’t be charged let alone any overages due to multiple changes caused by U-Haul to pick up the truck. I wouldn’t recommend this location to my worst enemy. The staff were rude, unprofessional and downright threatening. The actions by this location should be looked at by U-Haul and they shouldn’t be allowed to be part of the U-Haul service team.

The store was already closed when I returned the truck. There was no clear sign at the store indicating where the key drop box was, so I had to call the U-Haul call centre for a long time before I could locate it.
