riginal car dolly I rented had a tire blow out (total tread separation) about an hour from home. No damage to my car or tow vehicle but tire was shredded on dolly and the flying tread destroyed the wheel fender. Uhaul took over 2 hours to respond and when they did, their tow truck just picked up the dolly and told us goodbye. Leaving us in the middle of nowhere with the car under tow and our truck. After another hour of discussion with the "break down" line they agreed to have the two truck driver bring back a new dolly for us as we were stranded. That dolly arrived 4 hours after breakdown. It had non functional lights and a racket strap that was malfunctioning. So we couldn't drive at night, and really shouldn't have during the day as we had no brake lights or turn signals on passenger side of the dolly. So we drove another 8 hours to NM. You all really need to do a better job of maintenance on this equipment. To have two tow dollies be provided us while having safety issues (bad tire and non functional lighting/hold down strap) is ridiculous.

Personal lied about uhaul rental and being able to return it anywhere and would get refunded for days and mileage not used. Never needed 5 days to begin with and truck was on empty pics to prove

My Uhaul experience was amazing!!! The personnel at the pick up location were very nice truck was clean, the truck didn't drink a lot of gas, it drove smooth. & I was able to get to my location with any issues. Dropped off the uhaul early and it was a smooth process as well. Thank you!

Location was closed didn't know I had a drop off time and they charged me extra for gas, when I had already went and filled up the gas tank to the level of receiving I got charged almost $40 extra after already paying $40 to fill it up to full and then I got an extra charge for it being late when I didn't know there was a drop off time.
