I experienced poor customer service from the “owner” at the location. She was very short and seemed agitated that I was calling for assistance. I was directed to call an agent when I attempted to do Self Check In. The agent was not friendly and didn’t seem to be in the mood to provide assistance. My original truck didn’t have the keys in the back so I had to use another truck which didn’t have the dolly that I reserved. I had to drive almost 12 minutes miles out of my way to pick up the dolly which resulted in almost 10 additional miles that the agent said I’d just have to pay although it wasn’t my fault. I was directed to this alternate location which totally missed my expectations.
