Your company is a complete joke. I booked the truck 3 weeks in advance. You confirmed it 3 days before the booked date then called the next day to tell me I would have to go 1 hour out of my way to get a truck. Your company is pathetic and I can't believe that you have the nerve to ask me to rate my experience. I will be going out of my way to let people know how you treat your customers, at no point did anyone apologize for the additional stress you put on our moving experience, which is already a stressful time. You treated me like I was inconveniencing YOU. Your a pathetic, pathetic company. Pathetic.Dave L.

I was supposed to pick up in Lakefield. Paid fot.the trailer went outside and the trailer wasnt there. They sent me to Water Street. They didnt have trailer. Finally they found a trailer in Enismore. I had to drive all the way to pick it up. I booked a month in advance to avoid any problems and when I arrived there was no trailer. I was really upset. Whats the point of making a reservation if the trailer is not there when I go to pick it up. Then in Ennismore when I picked up the trailer in Ennismore, the lights didnt work. I had to wait a hour for a mechanic to fix them. I dont want to a satisfaction survey. What I would really like is a refund for all the mistakes I had to deal and a very stressful start to my 16 hour drive to Thunder Bay. Very dissapointed and angry.JEFFREY-DAVID C.
The trailer door was not functioning properly. I reported it to the location. It made for a difficult move. In fact, when I tried to return the trailer, I could not get the door closed at all.Robert G.

The rating reflects our overall experience with UHAUL. The facilities and staff at this location were excellent. However, even though we received confirmation that our 26 foot truck was available for pickup, when we arrived our vehicle was no longer available. The vehicle provided was too small to load the contents of our home and we were moving 200 KMs away. I asked for a trailer to compensate for the small sized truck, however, no trailers were available and no alternative solutions were provided. We had also hired a team of movers to load the truck. In order to move the contents of our home two trips were required. In the end, we incurred 400 KMs in additional mileage charges for the additional round trip. Further, we incurred additional costs for the additional time spent by the moving crew. In return UHAUL offered a credit of $50 and 50 additional KMs. This is the second very poor experience with UHAUL and we will not use them again.KEITHA M.

Your sign out system (web interface) has proved challenging numerous times. It has kicked the operator out and resulted in restarting the whole sign out process. It has proved frustrating and time consuming for both operator and customer. This last experience has been much better partially due to my frequent rental practicesmike C.

Your on line system for signing out rentals sucks. There are so many flaws in the system to recommend a starting point. The experience was brutal. The system locks up, fails to keep my drivers licence for subsequent rentals. I spent almost an hour waiting to try and get the rental agreement completed online ultimately resulting in the completion of a paper documentmike C.

Teach the attendant to use a computer and take less than 35 minutes to check out a customer. Within 24 hours of the online reservation I received a call saying the vehicle was not available at the agreed pick up location and the new location was not open on the day of pick up. A very poor overall experience and would not recommend Uhaul.RUSSELL R.

One of tires on trailer was low and seemed older than the others. That's the one that blew-out on the highway! We called U-Haul and they sent out a service truck as soon as they could to replace the tire. I would not hesitate to use U-haul again, that's the first time I have ever had an issue.steve G.

When I rented a 26 footer I expect a 26 footer or a 20 plus a trailer I ended up leaving things at a nabours because I didn't have enough room with a 20 footer the location was A1and the service I received from the location was A1 but Uhaul fell short on my reservationrick N.
I have no issues with this location as a pick up point, however, I was initially disappointed that I had to add almost an hour to my already tight schedule, as the trailer was not closer to my home. It is just the way things are. but other than that, no complaintsKevin M.
We were at this location at 7:50 and they opened at eight however the gentlemen that opened said that is would take a few minutes to boot his computer so being we were early we said no problem however he sat at his desk and look at a magazine and did some other paper work until the clock hit 8:05 then he said he could help us, when we went to put our furniture into the trailer it was dirty so we had to get some old blankets and put them down before putting our furniture into the trailer I guess when people take the trailer back he does not bother to check that it is clean for the next customer.LOUIS J.
