We had reserved drop off at the Ace hardware in Ellenton then received a text giving us a different return place farther away on highway. When we called we were given this drop off place instead so we thought we were being helpful by returning it to a place needed but charged the extra 3 miles. Then my charge card was hacked after giving it to them, my bank declined the hack and sent me a new card. Used to buy merchandise at that store by hacker

The person at the rental desk was very nice but the equipment was horrible. The trucks were clean but not maintained. I started with a 20' truck and the passenger side windshield wiper flipped and was scaping the windshield less than a mile away, so I returned it. I then got a 15" truck and every time you applied the brakes (no matter what speed you were at) the whole front-end shakes. I was worried the brakes would not work. Then, it was raining when I returned the truck and water was pouring into the cab from the driver's side seat belt. I had to not wear my seat belt because there was a steady stream of water running down the seat belt, soaking my clothes. I would not recommend this location because of the equipment but the lady was extremely nice.

tiki wTruck was powerful and stable. It took us 1,100 miles from FL to AR as part of a three car/2 truck & trailer caravan with 3 adult's, a one- year- old, three Yorkies, a cat and a fish. Oy!. The process of renting had to be done on the fly due to the need of a bigger truck at the last minute. U-Haul made the process easy. Thank you.

Deborah WIt seemed that the transmission was seriously struggling to shift into gear while driving. It was loud and concerning. I had originally reserved for 2 days but returned early due to the way the truck was driving.
