The driveway was so narrow. There was no direction on where to go to park. I assumed to park where I did because there wasnt much of any other option. Then where I parked and where I had to drop off the keys was awkward. But again, the App was so incredibly easy to navigate, but it was so difficult to get anything to process. And at the end when you've completely the return process. It doesnt give you enough of an indication that you're done.. all it says is thank you. Which is polite, but like am I done? Did I put in enough information? I had to back out(which I was hesitant to do because I wasn't sure i was done..) just to see if I actually completed the return.

Terrible directions on gaining access to storage lot. Not a great area. Unable to access storage lot gate code. Phone number posted went to voice mail. Called Uhaul 800 number and advised of situation. Left unit in unsecured area
