Of all the U-Haul locations we’ve used in Wallace over the last 20 years, this was BY FAR the best. The person who helped us was professional, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and respectful of our time. That location is easy to get into and out of, and the office was bright & clean. The only negative was the grassy area near where the truck was parked was overgrown, junky, and difficult to walk in, which I probably would not have noticed if I hadn’t had to get so far away from the truck to take photos with your poorly designed app. Overall, though, this is a five star location.

Angela Mtrailer had a small pile of grass in one corner. Only glitch was for some reason there was a "do not rent" order attached to my name. When I called to find out about it I was told it was just a glitch and it was cleared in about 5 min. Other than that everything went fine, very nice and courteous people here!!
