First of all I needed a15 foot and they confirmed that it was a 15 but in real it's 12 at the floor level and 15 at the top of the van it's what I consider a bad advertising. Also when I took the van the fuel gage indicated 1/8 so when I finished I refilled it anti more than 1/8 and when they were closing the transaction they told me that I'm missing 17$ which was ridiculous. I'm really disappointed I should've just take the delivery option that the store was offering me.Ryad W.

The U-Haul app on my phone did NOT work to pick up and drop off the truck. I had to go inside to pick up the truck with a rep, its was a very smooth experience to pick up the truck from them, but I needed to return the truck after hours, so I had to return using the app which doesnt work. You share your location, enter miles & gas level and when you want to take a pic of the dash and upload it the app stays blocked there. It wont upload the pic. I did it with 2 different phones nothing! Finally thought to use the website directly and the site let me return the truck - but please, fix the issues with the app. Thank youKARIN S.

Passant devant le Centre, arrÃªt Ã¡ celui-ci centre pour vÃ©rification d'acceptation de cÃ¨dres,. La rÃ©ponse du prÃ©posÃ© : â€œ OUI mais... pas avec un camion de cette grosseur, seulement avec un Pick-Up â€œ... ce qui aurait nÃ©cessitÃ© nombre d'aller-retour.. ConsÃ©quemment, retour immÃ©diat du camion louÃ© chez U-Haul, Laval Ouest Ã quelque (2) km (non chargÃ©s... mais tout le reste si) ! There was a discrepancy regarding the rental duration. My reservation was for 10 hours as per the info on the web site but at the pickup i was informed that no matter what said the uhaul site the duration of the rental was for 6 hours only and that if i that wasnt enough i should book another slot of 6 hours if awailable. I was able to finish in this 6 hours time but i find it problematic that the rental location would not abide with the terms of the reservation thru the uhaul website. Furthermore i was told that in the future it would be easier to forget the website and call diectly. The terms of the website should have been allowedJose C P.

Gens au service Ã la clientÃ¨le trÃ¨s gentil. Par contre, l'application U-Haul = trÃ¨s mauvaise. On Ã©tait sensÃ© rÃ©cupÃ©rer le camion Ã Ville st Laurent et on a Ã©tÃ© retardÃ© en devant nous dÃ©placer Ã Laval. Pour cette raison, je ne commenderai pas le service de U-Haul. The app TruckShare 24/7 is very complicated to use and very unhelpful. The overall customer service is poor. It is beyond me how you can lose someone's call so many times and being brought back to the main menu is frustrating. The service is unreliable, I was suppose to get a call back one day and never heard back so I had to call again. This is honestly the worst experience I have ever had.beatrice C.
Trailer was dirty inside. I am not sure why, but agent at the desk said I must return it to him. I cant drop trailer at any convinient to me location (Maybe he was right. I dont know. But I had to make round trip to return trailer, it took me 1,5 hours with traffic). I picked up trailer around 9am. Guys who who supposed to hook it up for me, asked me to help him to lift it up in order to connect to the hitch. After , he left without connecting cables and chains. Without helping me to chech tail light. I had to do ALL by me self. I had to place my phone behind the trailer and make a video in order to if brake light are working well. I was by my self during pick-up. It was awful service. Do not go there anymore.Konstantin T.

For improvement, It's hard to tell, it was the first time i rent a trailer and i never attach one to my car... so they teach me how to do it and this was really cool, next if i need a trailer i Will go back there for sure, really good serviceChristian R.
Highly don't recommend this uhaul rental establishment to anyone. The trailers are not well maintained or serviced. The representatives do not install or verify installation. Had they done so they would have seen that the trailer clamp to clamp the ball was jammed/seized and had dislodged from my hitch over a large bump on the truck. As well the safety break was seized solid and did not engage, at 80 km/h I had to regain control of my truck and trailer while the trailer was trying to jack knife my vehicle. It caused damages on a couple spots of my bumper. I received terrible customer service from the representative when I returned the trailer, he tokd me it was impossible the brake wouldn't have engaged. When I initially picked up the trailer the representative told me to go get the trailer myself. I would appreciate a follow up call 514 991 2475 Ryan Thank youRyan G.
