Very easy process
Cody AThese drop off places are not open on Sundays and that can cost the renter extra money. No one to talk to about anything, no one to help (if you are a woman alone) and no one to help with the app. It was easy to find, and plenty of space to drop the trailer but there should be an easier way to indicate you dropped off the equipment. The app can be confusing to someone who is NOT "app savvy" or older customers such as us. But the actual drop off site was easy to find and clean. I would only recommend drop offs to any of the locations IF there is a phone number with someone answering or the drop off site is open. There's no fool-proof way to secure the trailer once you drop it off.
LAURA HThey try to say I returned the truck with 1/4 tank of gas when I clearly returned it with the 3/8s stated and charged me $35 extra on my card never again lost a customer that's for sure there was garbage from the previous person who rented it

DAKOTA CMy scheduled pickup time was for 2pm. I get there and they were closed. I waited 30 minutes, then called Uhual…after being transferred 3 times and having to tell why I called 3 times…they finally got in touch with the owner. Finally after 40 minutes after my scheduled pickup up time, I was able to get the key. I signed up for 24/7 pickup…the key should have been in the lockbox. Uhual didn’t even offer me an extra 40 minutes or a discount for my inconvenience.
DOUGLAS GWindshield wipers needed replacement but otherwise it was a good truck.
DANIEL STruck was not in good shape. 3 stone chips in the windshield, steering wheel was at a 40 degree angle when going straight. Passenger door would rattle. Very annoying when driving over a thousand miles. Also cargo area above the cab leaked. Had several boxes get soaked. We put the light fragile items in this location which did not turn out well. Will say the people at both locations were courteous and polite. Website is difficult to make changes if needed. Staff on the weekends have limited knowledge and no autonomy to make any decisions to assist. This is when calling due to website issues.

Travis LReturned trailer on a Sunday, was not open. Only problem was, there was no return box labeled U Haul. So I put paperwork in the key drop off mail slot. It’s also a body and paint shop.

Mark GI was not told upon dropping off my trailer at this location that I my bill would be 4x higher than returning it to the pick up location. Had this been made know I would have driven back. I also did not receive a bill at the time of turning it in and received an email invoice about a half hour later. When I saw the charge I called to complain and was given the regional manager's number to contact him and did so and have not received a call back.

Ronald LThe lockbox was not functional and it took us more than 35 minutes to open the box to get the keys to the truck. They need a new lock on the box ASAP. Also, when I called for help the lady was unfriendly and didn’t bother to stay on the line until we had retrieved the keys.

david mThe truck worked out great. Unfortunately the check in online didn't go well. 1st told to oicknup celina store n lock, wasn't there but the lady was able to get us a truck in st marys ohio🙂. Then came check in😔waited 35 min said alternate contact didn't answer but she did. Had to call and get taken care of but July the customer service rep was very helpful. Then when we turned in truck and filled out the info we didn't even use any gas but was charged $21 and we shouldn't have had to pay that. I showed that in one of the many pictures it asked to take. Please make this right. But over all I would use again. Thank you.
Jean PAfter Pump n Pack was incredibly unhelpful and didn’t even have my order although it was confirmed at their address, Es body shop was quick and had great customer service. Definitely the better pick of the two locations.

Barrett KYour app is complete shit I couldn’t take pictures of my odometer to complete the transaction. I had to talk to 3 different people one of which implied I was stupid and didn’t know how to take a picture of the odometer. There is no drop box for the key so I have to return tomorrow during business hours to return the damn key. This is complete bullshit and will no longer be using U-Haul ever again. I should ask for a fucking refund for all my damn troubles I’ve had with everything. Piss poor fucking company you all have.
