ALFREDO H.I had a terrible experience with UHaul in Harlingen. I was assigned to pick up my truck off Rangerville Rd at MoveIt Storage and they were closed! No way to get my truck. I had to drive to another UHaul location off Ed Carey Drive and they were amazing because the general manager found me a truck in Brownsville. He even called their location to make sure that they were open. Upon arrival in Brownsville I had excellent customer service. I will think twice about using uhaul in the future due to the 2 hour delay and having to drive 40 minutes to another city to pick up my truck.

Anthony S.So i ask the representative at the beginning of my trip if the equipment was full on gasoline. She said yes i just checked it. When i got on the vehicle i notice it was 3/4 of the tank full. I didnt make fus about since i was on a hurry. But yeah she definitely lied or she was incompetent on her job. Other than that the vehicle was great.
